It is with profound gratitude and appreciation that the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care (LTWC) Board of Directors shares the retirement of founders, Cheryl and Tom Millham.
Over the past 42 years, Cheryl and Tom’s extraordinary commitment to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of wildlife has resulted in many thousands of healthy birds and animals returning to their natural habitats. LTWC would not exist without the Millhams’ over four-decade devotion and dedication to this mission. Cheryl and Tom reflect, “We are both proud and honored to have been able to give God’s creatures a second chance at life for the past 42 years. Without the support of our hundreds of volunteers, this would not have succeeded. We pray for the continued success of the organization in many years to come.”
The Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care Board of Directors, staff and volunteers are committed to upholding the Millhams’ legacy and extending their vision into the future with the same compassionate care modeled by our founders.
